RFQ Details

Creek Vips is a rigid vacuum insulation panel, encased by a tough structure, such as calcium silicate board. And it is custom-made to your dimensions.

The panel core of Creek VIPs is a proprietary compound of specially produced and moisture-proof membrane under low pressure - typically 0.001Pa. This core assembly is then permanently encased in a tough structure housing to provide additional rigidity and protect the membrane from damage.
The amount and quality of insulation will have a tremendous effect to the performance of your refrigerator and freezer system on boat. For the boats sailing in tropical climate R-20 in the refrigerator and R-30 in the freezer should be considered to be the minimum acceptable, which equates to 4"of cell-closed polyurethane foam in the refrigerator and 6" in the freezer. With only 1" of Creek VIPs, however, you will have the insulation that substantially exceeds these minimum requirements.
